I am doing well with this third chemo treatment ~ pretty much the same situation as before with most foods lacking any kind of taste. Next week should be better - the third week usually is!
I have spent several hours in my classroom the past two days with lots of help (Susan and Mary Stewart Barnes one day and my niece, Elizabeth, who is a new teacher in Montgomery County on another day). I'm heading to Galax today to the Old Fiddler's Convention where most of my extended family is already camped out and enjoying the hot weather and music. Lyn and I will head back to Stone Harbor on Sunday, and we can't wait!!! We'll be back in time for my last treatment on the 18th.
I hope everyone is squeezing as much they can into their summer as it winds down and school draws near!
love, sj

Please let us know if you need any help with the classroom set up. Zoe said she would love to come down to the school and help you. We are only a phone call away or email away..
Hang in there. We miss you.
Hey Susan - can't believe it is already time to go back to school! I've been keeping up on your postings, but haven't been good at responding. You are totally amazing!! If there is anything that I can help with - please let me know!! I'm not expecting too many referrals before school starts!! (Of course, that will change as soon as everyone gets back!) Hope the last treatment goes well next week! See you soon.
you rock I am tears love Zoƫ
